Request account deletion

If you're a buyer using the Florist Cloud mobile app or a wholesaler's webshop, you can request deletion of your account here.

Who this form is for

Buyers who registered in the Florist Cloud mobile app or in a wholesale florist's webshop running on Florist Cloud. The same contact may be registered with several wholesale companies — after verification you'll choose which ones to delete from.

How it works

  1. Enter the email or phone the account is registered with.
  2. Confirm the contact with a code from email or SMS.
  3. Pick the companies you want to be deleted from.

What happens next

Each request goes to the company owner for approval. Once approved, your personal data is anonymized. Backup retention and mandatory financial-record retention are described in the Privacy policy.

If you're a company employee or business owner

This form is for buyers only. If you're a wholesale company employee (manager, warehouse, admin) or the owner of a Florist Cloud licensee — write to support@florist.cloud and we'll handle the request manually.

What happens after deletion

Will be deleted

  • Full name, email, phone, passwords, recovery tokens
  • Linked messenger accounts

Will be kept anonymised

As required by Russian Federation law:

  • Order and payment history — 5 years (tax reporting)
  • Tax transactions — 4 years
  • Primary accounting documents — 5 years
  • Data for legal defence — up to 3 years
